We found his website to be an excellent resource, as we could see the pictures of the houses and read the information on them as soon as they came on the market. We looked at a few houses and we were never pressured into buying anything. Jim sensed that we didn’t like something about the house. He didn’t push us and understood that it wasn’t the house for us. When we finally found the house we wanted to buy, we were worried about financial issues and Jim introduced us to a wonderful mortgage specialist. With both their help we were approved in a very short period of time. We decided to put our condo for sale, using Jim Parsons’ services of course. To our disbelief he had sold our condo in a matter of two days for more than we had it listed for. During our time with Jim, we have been only treated with respect and will continue to recommend Jim to anyone we meet who is in the market to buy or sell their house.
